Through the Noise Podcast Launch: An Intimate Evening of Conversation

Manhattan, NY

April 16, 2026

07:00 PM EST

Join us for the launch of Through the Noise, a new podcast hosted by Bard MBA Professor J. Renay Loper.

Through the Noise with J. Renay, a new Lead the Change original, is built on a simple premise: complex systems don’t shift through technical fixes alone. They shift when leaders can stay grounded and relational while navigating difference, uncertainty, and competing truths.

Hosted by Bard MBA Professor J. Renay Loper, the show brings together leaders who are changing how decisions get made, tradeoffs get named, and accountability gets sustained — from the inside out. Each episode examines the inner capacities that make this kind of leadership possible at the intersections of economics, ecology, equity, and human development.

These aren’t abstractions. They’re trainable practices, tested in real time—especially when no one’s watching.

To mark the launch, we’re gathering for an evening designed to feel more like a living room than an event. We'll open with a short, live, unscripted conversation between Renay and a guest, then make space for the kind of dialogue the show is built around.

Come be part of the conversation from the beginning.

What to Expect

  • A short, live conversation with J. Renay Loper and a guest
  • A preview of Through the Noise
  • Informal conversation with fellow leaders, creators, and changemakers
  • Light refreshments and small bites
