MBA Residency Visit

Attending a residency visit provides you the opportunity to better understand the Bard MBA weekend residency structure, make connections with faculty and current students, and get a feel for our community's culture. It is truly the best way to see if the Bard MBA in Sustainability is the right fit for you. When you register for a residency visit, our Bard Graduate Programs in Sustainability admissions staff work with you to customize your visit, which may include:
- Attending final NYCLab presentations
- Viewing final class projects
- Sharing meals with current students
- Attending senior capstone presentations
- Meetings with Program Director and Faculty
- Celebrating the end of the semester with the Bard MBA community

Bard Graduate Programs in Sustainability holds virtual open houses for prospective students to learn more about graduate school options in our MBA in Sustainability and Center for Environmental Policy programs.
During these open houses, prospective students have the opportunity to meet with alumni and faculty from their program of interest. It's the perfect way to connect with the Bard GPS community, and get any questions answered about the student experience directly from those who know it best - the faculty and alumni of the programs.
What we cover:

- Student experience
- Alumni career outcomes
- General admissions and financial aid information
A $65 application fee waiver is available at the end of the session to those who participate in the webinar.

Whether you are a Hudson Valley local or you just want an opportunity to explore (who can resist the Hudson Valley's changing leaves and apple picking in October ?) - please join us for our upstate residency!

Weekend in the City

Once each semester, the Bard MBA in Sustainability invites those individuals who have already started an application to attend an extended residency visit at their location in Brooklyn, NY. This visit gives prospective students the opportunity to not only experience a residency for themselves, but to truly embed themselves into the community. Those who attend can expect to:
- Participate in classes
- Enjoy meals with MBA community members
- Take part in private meetings with both current students and faculty
- Attend the MBA community meeting
