Professor Winslade has spent the past fifteen years launching and leading organizational change efforts in higher education and offering professional development to sustainability leaders. She is currently the director of sustainability at Swarthmore College, where she facilitates campus and community strategies to integrate sustainability into operations, academics, and campus culture.
